2. Hosting and server log files

When you visit this website, the web server processes technical data such as IP address, date and time, requested page, browser type and operating system. We process this data to deliver the site securely and to detect misuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, legitimate interest). Log files are deleted after 7 days. Hosting: ALL-INKL.COM - Neue Medien Münnich (René Münnich), Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany; the servers are located in data centres in Dresden, Germany. We have concluded a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR) with the hosting provider. The website and the form are transmitted in encrypted form (TLS/HTTPS).

3. Enquiries by form

If you send us an enquiry through the contact form, we process the details you enter (name, company, business email address, country, role, product areas of interest and message) to answer your enquiry and to prepare a possible business relationship (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). The form is processed by a script on our own web server at our EU hosting provider. The script forwards the enquiry by email to our mailbox and does not store it. We do not use an external form service. Providing the data is voluntary, but we cannot answer an enquiry without it.

We delete enquiry data when the matter is closed, unless statutory retention duties apply. If a business relationship results, commercial correspondence is kept for the statutory periods (generally 6 years under § 257 HGB; accounting documents up to 10 years under § 147 AO).

4. Enquiries by email or phone

If you write or call us, we process your details to handle the enquiry on the same legal bases and delete them under the same rules. Emails are received by our email service provider, which acts as our processor (Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited, One Microsoft Place, South County Business Park, Leopardstown, Dublin 18, Ireland, Microsoft 365). The mailbox data is stored in data centres in Germany. A data processing agreement exists with the provider (Art. 28 GDPR).

5. Cookies, tracking and fonts

This website does not use cookies, and it does not use tracking or analytics tools. Fonts, scripts and other content are served from our own server and are not loaded from third parties. Your language choice is not stored.

6. Recipients and transfers to third countries

We pass your data only to the service providers named above (hosting, email) and where we are legally required to do so. The website and the form script are hosted within the EU. Our email provider Microsoft may process data in the USA. Such a transfer relies on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, where the provider is certified, and on the EU standard contractual clauses.

7. Automated decisions

We do not use automated decision-making or profiling.

8. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability under the GDPR. Where processing is based on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time with effect for the future (Art. 7(3) GDPR).
